About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Sushi Wood. Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage our food service staff, ensuring that they are motivated and equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our staff are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
