Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary:
The Line Supervisor is a key member of our culinary team at WhiteWater Ski Resort. This role is responsible for the daily operation and enhancement of the quality of our guests' experience in the cafeteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and friendly service.
- Coordinate morning prep list completion and front-line setup.
- Monitor prepped food levels and supplies to maintain high standards.
- Prepare prep lists according to anticipated volumes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety policies and procedures.
- Implement risk management procedures as per WhiteWater Ski Resort.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a food preparation role in a professional dining establishment.
- Previous experience leading a line and ensuring food and presentation standards are maintained.
- Food Safe or other food handling certification is an asset.
Skills and Abilities:
- Mature, reliable, and presentable.
- People management experience is an asset.
