The College of Nursing at Leaders International is in search of a dynamic, inclusive, and forward-thinking leader to take on the role of Associate Dean of Engagement and Development. This pivotal position is part of the Dean's Executive team and plays a crucial role in the administration of the College.
The Associate Dean will report directly to the Dean and collaborate closely with fellow Associate Deans and members of the Dean's Executive. The primary focus will be on advocating for the College and fostering engagement among various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to enhance academic initiatives in teaching, research, and administration.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve internal processes and faculty relations.
- Facilitate enhanced access to the Dean for faculty and staff.
- Support collegial processes and faculty development initiatives.
- Align outcomes with the strategic objectives of the College.
- Create and promote opportunities for innovative projects and partnerships.
- Enhance outreach and engagement with faculty on local, national, and international levels.
The Associate Dean will be guided by the Mission, Vision, Principles, Values, and Strategic Plan of Leaders International and the College of Nursing.
