Dean of Engagement and Development

The University of Saskatchewan's College of Nursing seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Associate Dean Engagement & Development. This role is a key member of the Dean's Executive and a senior administrator within the University, responsible for overseeing and directing the College.
The Associate Dean, Engagement & Development will work collaboratively with other Associate Deans and members of the Dean's Executive to ensure effective advocacy and support engagement for the College and its stakeholders. This includes providing leadership to advance and enable successful academic endeavors in teaching, research, and administration, as well as developing and implementing innovative supports for internal processes, faculty relations, and access to the Dean.
This position requires a high level of foresight, constant vigilance, and prioritization of limited resources in a demanding environment. The work is complex, with decisions ranging from mundane to critical required on a routine basis. The salary bands for this position are as follows: Associate Professor ($120,099 to $140,253) and Professor ($140,253 to $163,766).
