The University of Saskatchewan College of Nursing is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the inaugural Associate Dean, Engagement and Development. As a key member of the Dean's Executive, the Associate Dean will provide strategic direction and oversight to the College, ensuring effective advocacy and engagement with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of innovative supports for internal processes, faculty relations, and access to the Dean. They will foster a culture of collegiality, support faculty development, and ensure outcomes align with the College's strategic plans. The Associate Dean will also create opportunities for global partnerships, inclusive of local, national, and international collaborations, and enhance faculty outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to the College
