The University of Saskatchewan College of Nursing is seeking a highly collaborative and progressive leader to serve as the inaugural Associate Dean, Engagement and Development. This position reports to the Dean and works collaboratively with other Associate Deans and members of the Dean's Executive to ensure effective advocacy and supports engagement for the College and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to advance and enable successful academic endeavors in teaching, research, and administration.
- Develop and implement innovative supports for internal processes, faculty relations, and access to the Dean.
- Support collegial processes, faculty development, and ensure outcomes align with the strategic plans of the College.
- Create opportunities for innovative projects and support global partnerships.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to advance and enable successful academic endeavors.
- Experience in developing and implementing innovative supports.
- Strong faculty relations and communication skills.
