The University of Saskatchewan College of Nursing seeks a visionary leader to serve as the inaugural Associate Dean, Engagement and Development. As a member of the Dean's Executive, this senior administrator will oversee the College's engagement and development initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
The Associate Dean will provide strategic leadership to advance the College's academic endeavors, including teaching, research, and administration. They will develop and implement innovative supports for internal processes, enhance faculty relations, and improve access to the Dean. This role will also support global partnerships, inclusive of local, national, and international collaborations, and enhance faculty outreach and engagement.
