About the Role:
The University of Saskatchewan's College of Nursing invites applications for the position of Associate Dean Engagement & Development. As a key member of the Dean's Executive, this role oversees and directs the College's engagement and development initiatives, ensuring effective advocacy and support for the College and its stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to advance and enable successful academic endeavors in teaching, research, and administration.
- Develop and implement innovative supports for internal processes, faculty relations, and access to the Dean.
- Balance multiple needs, demands, and strategies in a highly demanding environment.
- Prioritize limited resources and make decisions ranging from mundane to critical on a routine basis.
