Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Purdys Chocolatier in Orchard Park. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of retail staff to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with merchandising, visual displays, and store operations to ensure a high-quality shopping experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Shop Management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements
  • Passion for chocolate and leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry
  • Self-motivated and driven for results, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Dedicated to providing a great customer experience and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Energetic and enjoy meeting new people, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Available for all types of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
