About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions to ensure sales associates have the skills and knowledge to meet sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Supervise and manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
