About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Bubbles Car Wash. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide guidance on sales strategies.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or leadership role.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
