We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 1444097 BC Ltd. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or leadership role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
