About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and profit goals, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance store operations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop top talent to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Collaborate with district managers and HQ partners to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
  • Ensure a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and analytics to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in specialty/apparel retail management, with a proven track record of leading teams to success.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; a college degree is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on creating an exceptional customer experience.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, trends, and priorities.
  • Strong fashion knowledge and staying up-to-date with current trends.
