About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Salem's Shell. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain inventory

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
