About the Role:
Torrid is a leading fashion retailer that celebrates individuality and self-expression. As a Store Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and profit goals, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance store operations.
- Recruit, train, and develop top talent to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Collaborate with district managers and HQ partners to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
- Ensure a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and analytics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in specialty/apparel retail management, with a proven track record of leading teams to success.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; a college degree is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, trends, and priorities.
- Strong fashion knowledge and staying up-to-date with current trends.
