Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 12197596 Canada Inc. as an Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing inventory, and maintaining budgetary controls.
- Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating office services, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train office support staff, delegate tasks, and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations and coach staff to improve performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
