Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Soucy. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Product and Service Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range and services to provide exceptional support to internal and external customers.
- Order Analysis and Processing: Take ownership of complex order analysis and processing, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Customer Return Management: Effectively manage customer returns in accordance with internal procedures, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Non-Conformity Requests: Identify and initiate non-conformity requests related to customer orders, collaborating with stakeholders to find permanent solutions.
- Inventory Management: Analyze and prepare inter-warehouse goods transfers, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Inventory Optimization: Analyze and determine safety stocks and order forecasts to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Service Part Availability: Analyze product life cycles and ensure timely availability of service parts to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse Support: Provide assistance and support to warehouse clerks in the U.S., ensuring seamless operations and high productivity.
- Committee Participation: Participate in various committees and meetings to discuss customer, order, network product performance, and technical issues.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and take ownership of special projects to drive business growth.
- Documentation: Create and update technical documentation to support operations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Inventory Count Assistance: Assist with the annual inventory count, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Service Team Support: Provide support and replace service team members as needed, taking on tasks such as processing and following up on customer orders, leading customer and order issue meetings, processing and reviewing warranty claims, and handling technical files between customers and internal teams.
