Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and friendly Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch service. In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, process orders, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Field incoming customer requests and resolve concerns by asking probing questions and selecting the best solution.
- Recommend potential products by analyzing customer needs and providing adequate education.
- Process orders, order changes, cancellations, adjustments, RMAs, and credits.
- Maintain various reports to support customer needs and foster relationships to improve retention rates.
- Stay updated on all company products and attend internal meetings as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year or more of customer service experience.
- Bilingualism (French and English), oral and written.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and excellent phone disposition.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
