- Manage Inventory Transfers: Oversee the management and processing of inventory transfers between warehouses to ensure efficient and accurate transfer of goods.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and special projects to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with Technical Documentation: Create and update technical documentation to support operations and ensure accurate information is available to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support Annual Inventory Count: Assist with the annual inventory count process to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Replace Service Team Members as Needed: Provide support and cover for service team members as required, including processing customer orders, leading customer and order issue meetings, and handling warranty claims.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, internal stakeholders, and team members.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze complex orders, inventory requirements, and other data to make informed decisions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer and order issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using technical documentation and other tools to support operations and customer service delivery.
