- Service Part Availability: Analyze product life cycles and ensure availability of service parts to maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Committee Participation: Participate in various committees and meetings related to customer, order, network product performance, and technical issues.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and take ownership of special projects to drive business growth.
- Documentation: Create and update technical documentation to support operations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Inventory Count Assistance: Assist and participate in the annual inventory count, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Service Team Support: Assist and replace service team members as needed, taking on tasks such as processing and following up on customer orders, leading customer and order issue meetings, processing and reviewing warranty claims, and handling technical files between customers and internal teams.
