Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 0714576 B.C. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures and Routines: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and workflow.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Respond to telephone calls, electronic enquiries, and correspondence, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Compile, analyze, and report data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely delivery of essential materials.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and secure storage of sensitive information.
  • Correspondence and Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and effective outcomes.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal productivity.
