Human Resources Vice-President: Strategic Leadership and Talent Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at ACCESS STAFFING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives, driving business growth, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters
- Talent Management
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and development of high-performing talent
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Employee Engagement and Retention
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement
- Benefits and Compensation
- Design and implement competitive benefits and compensation packages
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance management processes to drive business results
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience
- 5 years or more of experience in a senior HR role
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, with a 30-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
