Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute resources, including material, personnel, and finances, to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and coordinate the formation of key departments and senior management roles.
  • Set strategic goals for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as the representative of the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Select and empower middle management, directors, or other executive personnel; ensure optimal working conditions.
  • Oversee event management.
  • Conduct evaluations of employee performance.
  • Manage recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Plan and develop human resources strategies.
Supervision
  • Responsible for supervising 5-10 staff members.
