About the Role

Pizza Fiamma is seeking an exceptional Operations Vice-President to join our leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business success.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
