Financial Oversight

Budgetary Responsibility: Responsible for managing a budget ranging from $500,001 to $1,500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
