Financial Oversight

This position comes with significant budgetary responsibilities, managing a financial range of $500,001 - $1,500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff members.
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations and official engagements.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, fostering optimal working conditions.
  • Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations.
  • Oversee hiring and termination processes.
  • Establish and enforce financial and administrative controls, approve promotional strategies, and oversee human resources planning.
Team Leadership

Supervision of a team comprising 5-10 individuals is a key aspect of this role.
