About ARC'TERYX: The position of Quality Assurance Supervisor is pivotal in ensuring the sustained excellence of our repair operations. Working closely with the Repair & Care division, you will oversee the Quality Assurance team to fulfill service commitments, cultivate a proficient and effective workforce, and monitor workload and response times.

Team Overview: The Quality Assurance team is dedicated to guaranteeing that all ReBIRD products adhere to Arc'teryx's stringent quality benchmarks. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding the integrity of our brand. Join us in exploring innovative strategies to extend the longevity of our products and minimize waste.

Core Responsibilities:

Guide and mentor the Assessment and final Quality Control teamTrain and support team members, oversee repair durationsProvide continuous training to enhance competenciesDesign quality training initiativesIdentify opportunities for enhancement and standardizationLeverage data to convey prioritiesExamine Key Performance Indicators for insightsEstablish and consistently meet KPIsCollaborate with stakeholders to tackle quality issuesFacilitate improvements in repair processesEnsure a safe working environmentCoordinate with other departments to optimize repair effortsEngage in special projects as required

Future Initiatives:

Contribute to the development of quality training programsImprove service standards and customer satisfactionBecome a subject matter expert in designated areas

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing and quality assuranceAt least 2 years in developing quality management frameworksStrong analytical and leadership capabilitiesExceptional communication skillsDetail-oriented with robust organizational abilitiesFamiliarity with LEAN methodologies, 6S, and KPIsEnthusiastic about outdoor pursuits

Compensation: The salary range for this role is CAD$69,000 - CAD$86,000 annually. Compensation is determined by skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This range excludes bonuses and benefits.
