Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Quality Control Inspector to join our Manufacturing Quality Control team at Arc'teryx. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products by performing quality control inspections, collaborating with the quality and production teams, and troubleshooting quality issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality control inspections on products and raw materials to ensure they meet Arc'teryx's quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the quality and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct water leakage tests and in-line inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Record inspection results and complete documentation in a timely manner.
  • Notify supervisors of any discrepancies between approved samples and production results.
  • Work with operators, team leaders, and supervisors to resolve quality issues.
  • Participate in projects and tasks as assigned, including 5S and other housekeeping initiatives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in quality control and/or the garment industry.
  • Accurate color acuity.
  • Basic English verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
  • Basic computer knowledge with the ability to operate a tablet and simple data entry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions.
  • Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration.
  • Unwavering commitment to quality and excellence.
