Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality control inspections on products and raw materials to ensure compliance with Arc'teryx standards.
  • Collaborate with the quality and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Arc'teryx product specifications, testing methods, and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct water leakage tests and in-line inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Record inspection results and complete documentation in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve quality issues.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in quality control and/or the garment industry.
  • Accurate colour acuity and attention to detail.
  • Basic English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
  • Basic computer knowledge with the ability to operate a tablet and simple data entry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult situations.
