Key Responsibilities:- Perform quality control inspections on products and raw materials to ensure compliance with Arc'teryx standards.
- Collaborate with the quality and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Arc'teryx product specifications, testing methods, and quality control procedures.
- Conduct water leakage tests and in-line inspections to ensure product quality.
- Record inspection results and complete documentation in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve quality issues.
- Previous experience in quality control and/or the garment industry.
- Accurate colour acuity and attention to detail.
- Basic English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
- Basic computer knowledge with the ability to operate a tablet and simple data entry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult situations.
- A competitive hourly rate of $19-$19 CAD.
