Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Repair Quality to join our team at Arc'teryx. As a key member of our Repair & Care team, you will be responsible for leading the Repair Quality team to achieve exceptional service levels and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Assessment and final QC team to ensure effective growth and development of the team.
  • Coach the team to effectively plan and allocate resources, lead and mentor operators, and monitor repair turnaround time.
  • Coordinate proper training for new and existing employees to nurture new talents and strengthen skill level and foster a collaborative team-based environment.
  • Develop and implement Quality training programs to ensure Arc'teryx quality standards are efficiently upheld.
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and drive standardization of quality and production.
  • Utilize data to communicate prioritization to internal and external teams.
  • Analyze KPIs to identify key areas of opportunity and celebration.
  • Ensure that relevant KPIs are set, communicated, and achieved on a regular basis and proactively address issues and concerns for your team.
  • Assess product quality challenges and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to problem solve and define next steps.
  • Support repair processes and technique improvement.
  • Monitor and report inventory and WIP numbers at each stage of our end-to-end circular processes.
  • Promote continuous improvement to a clean and safe working environment by following 6S principles and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with Repair, and Guest Services team to execute repair actions effectively and efficiently to generate exceptional guest experience.
  • Support ReGEAR projects and help promote the initiative.
  • Participate in other projects or duties as required.
Future Opportunities

  • Acquire knowledge to become a subject matter expert and provide key support for our team with specific products, collections, processes, or systems.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in manufacturing and quality with experience in a leadership role.
  • 2+ years' experience developing and/or executing quality management systems.
  • Experience in interpreting and analyzing data to communicate and drive decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and ask the right questions.
  • Ability to tactfully manage multiple interests and priorities.
  • Effectively balance autonomy and collaboration.
  • Effective organizational and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability.
  • Team player and can interface directly with cross-functional teams with diplomacy.
  • Strong knowledge base in all aspects of clothing construction and materials.
  • Knowledge and experience working with LEAN, 6S and KPI.
  • Unwavering commitment to do what is right.
