About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at Boujee Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Menu Planning and Pricing: Develop and implement menu plans and pricing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, liquor legislation, and employment standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
