About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Courier Delivery Specialist to join our team at 12717450CANADAINC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, as well as operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up Items: Safely transport and deliver messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
  • Operate Vehicles: Drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer professionalism and courtesy to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Record Trip Information: Accurately record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered during delivery.
  • Sort and Load Packages: Sort packages for delivery and load and unload goods as required, ensuring efficient and safe handling of materials.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles) and a clean driving record.
  • Criminal Record Check: Pass a criminal record check and a driving record check (abstract).
  • Physical Demands: Be able to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and walking as required.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
