Logistics Courier

Join our team at 12717450CANADAINC as a Delivery Driver. This role is essential in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages and messages.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is preferred.
This position involves working outdoors and operating motor vehicles. You will be part of a dynamic team in a courier service setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and collect messages, parcels, and various items.
- Drive and operate vehicles such as cars, vans, and light trucks.
- Exhibit professionalism in customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with central dispatch.
- Load and unload goods efficiently.
- Sort packages accurately for delivery.
- Follow navigational directions and read maps.
- Document trip details including mileage and fuel expenses.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
A valid Class 5/5F/G Licence is required for operating cars and small trucks.
Travel RequirementsExperience with provincial or territorial travel is necessary.
Safety and Security- Must pass a criminal record check.
- Driving record verification is mandatory.
This role requires:
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Physical capability to handle heavy loads (up to 23 kg or 50 lbs).
- Frequent walking and mobility.
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
