Role Overview: As a Technical Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sales operations. This position is designed for individuals who possess outstanding customer service and communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to build strong relationships, assisting them in troubleshooting and addressing their needs.
  • Manage and process orders through our ERP and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications, particularly Excel and Word (SharePoint knowledge is a plus).
  • Aptitude for learning new software systems.
  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor with a willingness to learn.
  • Post-secondary education in a technical or business field is advantageous.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
