About Us: Summit Valve and Controls is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing exceptional service in the valve and instrumentation industry. We are currently seeking a motivated Technical Inside Sales Specialist to enhance our sales team.
Role Overview: As a Technical Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sales operations. This position is designed for individuals who possess outstanding customer service and communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to build strong relationships, assisting them in troubleshooting and addressing their needs.
- Manage and process orders through our ERP and CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications, particularly Excel and Word (SharePoint knowledge is a plus).
- Aptitude for learning new software systems.
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a willingness to learn.
- Post-secondary education in a technical or business field is advantageous.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
