Apecusa is in search of a dedicated Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work alongside responsibilities based in our office. The Technical Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions tailored to meet customer requirements and expectations.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and providing expert technical support throughout the sales process.
  • Presenting our products and services effectively to potential customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Addressing any technical or quality concerns that may arise during the sales cycle.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in sales engineering, with a focus on creating customer-centric solutions and a solid grasp of sales methodologies.
  • Exceptional technical support and customer service abilities, with experience in diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to convey complex concepts in a straightforward manner.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen, including experience in managing sales territories and identifying new business opportunities.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales engineering or technical sales.
  • Experience in ingredient automation or a related sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely with minimal oversight is essential.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
