Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement

  • Proactive Sourcing - Utilize diverse platforms, including professional networks, job boards, and databases, to pinpoint potential candidates.
  • Screening - Perform initial evaluations to gauge candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural compatibility.
  • Building Relationships - Cultivate and sustain connections with a pool of prospective candidates for future openings.

Candidate Assessment

  • Interviews - Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, sales performance history, and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills Assessment - Employ tools or case studies to evaluate candidates' sales competencies and ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Reference Checks - Execute thorough reference verifications to confirm candidate experiences and accomplishments.

Coordination and Communication

  • Client Updates - Deliver regular updates to clients regarding the search status, including candidate progress and any challenges faced.
  • Interview Scheduling - Organize and manage interview timelines between clients and candidates to facilitate a smooth process.
  • Offer Management - Assist in negotiating and presenting job offers to candidates, ensuring a seamless transition to the client.

Market Research and Networking

  • Industry Insights - Remain informed about industry trends, compensation standards, and competitors' hiring tactics.
  • Networking - Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to ensure a consistent flow of potential candidates.

Process Management

  • Pipeline Management - Utilize recruitment software to monitor candidate progress and effectively manage recruitment pipelines.
  • Continuous Improvement - Regularly assess and enhance the recruitment process to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Performance Metrics - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting - Provide periodic reports to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Brand Ambassador

  • Represent Peak Sales Recruiting - Serve as a brand ambassador, advocating for the company's values and commitment to excellence in sales recruitment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Sales, or Customer Service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong aptitude for building and maintaining solid relationships.
  • Resilience and determination - willing to face rejection and continuously seek improvement.
