Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Five Star Staffing. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking progress.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
