Job Summary:

Robertson Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and profitability in the traditional sales sector within the western region of Canada. The ideal candidate will reside in either British Columbia or Alberta and have a strong background in the fastener/building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and profitability in the western region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to expand the company's presence in the fastener market.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to ensure effective communication and coordination between customers and Robertson Inc.
  • Provide technical fastener sales support across all regions to all Robertson Inc. top customers as required.
  • Stay up-to-date on market developments and trends to inform and communicate with management regarding their impact on the company.
  • Submit accurate and timely monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the fastener/building materials industry.
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
