Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 874345 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, establish work schedules, and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to support our company's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, client focus, flexibility, and team player.
