Key Responsibilities- Determine the types of services to be offered and implement effective operational procedures.
- Balance cash and complete financial documentation including balance sheets and cash reports.
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members.
- Manage product and service costs to ensure profitability.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs.
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
- Participate in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations effectively.
You will oversee a team of approximately 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
