Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Frantastic Events. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Operational Procedures: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food service delivery.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with staff, clients, and management.
- Oral Communication: Exhibit excellent oral communication skills, able to articulate ideas and concerns clearly and concisely.
