Menu Planning and PricingWork with the culinary team to develop and implement menu plans, ensuring that prices are competitive and aligned with company goals.
Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of food, ingredients, and supplies, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and waste is minimized.
Customer ServiceEnsure that customers receive excellent service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements- Education
A college diploma or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
ExperienceA minimum of 1 year of experience in a food service management role is required.
SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work EnvironmentShree Vinayaka Inc. is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
