Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 874345 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation.
- Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, as well as develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
