Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at 874345 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage food preparation, service, and inventory.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and address any issues.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Record Keeping
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and labor costs.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
