Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Mountainview Medical Centre & Walk-In Clinic Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong focus on providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview patients to obtain case histories
  • Manage and maintain accurate and confidential medical records
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Process and prepare medical reports and correspondence
  • Order medical supplies and maintain inventory
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with medical software and technology
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
