Event Services Supervisor

Compensation Details:
$18.75/hour plus gratuities
Physical Demands:
Medium: Responsibilities involve managing loads between 10 and 20 kg; primarily indoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the coordination of all food and beverage services for events hosted at the hotel, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed to provide an outstanding banquet experience from inception to conclusion. Enhance the guest experience within the Banquet department by delivering exceptional service. Commit to collaborating within a dynamic team environment focused on teamwork and support.Ideal Candidate Profile:
1-2 years of supervisory experience, ideally within a hotel setting. Certification in responsible serving practices. Comprehensive knowledge of food and wine. Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a high-energy environment. Capable of motivating and supporting team members. Strong attention to detail. Physical capability to lift, carry, or push up to 50 lbs. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.Why Choose Us?
