Event Services Supervisor

Compensation Details:
$18.75/hour plus gratuities
Physical Demands:
Medium: Responsibilities include handling loads between 10 and 20 kg; primarily in an indoor setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the seamless delivery of all food and beverage services for events held at the hotel, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed for an exceptional banquet experience. Elevate guest experiences within the Banquet department through attentive service and collaboration. Foster a cooperative team environment focused on achieving collective goals.Ideal Candidate Profile:
1-2 years of supervisory experience, ideally within a hotel or similar setting. Certification in responsible beverage service. Comprehensive knowledge of food and wine. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working efficiently as part of a team. Proven capability to motivate and support team members. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Capacity to lift, carry, or push up to 50 lbs.
