About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Esso Gas Station. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and attendants to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory levels to ensure that our gas station is well-stocked and that we minimize waste and losses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our gas station is a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in retail operations, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
