About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and office staff, to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of merchandise, including fuel, food, and other products, to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions.
  • Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the gas station, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and providing feedback for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
