About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Esso Gas Station. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and other support staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory of fuel, food, and other merchandise to ensure that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the gas station, including managing cash handling, inventory control, and other administrative tasks.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, customer traffic, and other key performance indicators to help inform business decisions.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our gas station is a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience in a retail or customer service environment is an asset
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in point of sale systems and other retail technology
